https://pingler.com and http://pingomatic.com
You have to take this process as under two or three minitues.
Now your new post link as like bellow
http://www.yourdomain.com/my-new-domain/
copy this link and paste Google search box hit enter.If you see your post link thanks you allmost done.
Then share your post at social sharing site like Faebook , Twiter , Google+ and pingrest Etc.
Now you have to share your link in more social networking site.
