*How to create a blogger Account?
  Blogger is an another product of Google INC. So all you need to a Google account for start blogging. At first go to blogger.com by your browser .Then click New blog and finish some new stage. You must accept Google terms of condition and privacy policy.

*How to post your blog Site?
Click Start blogging or Go to your Dashboard then click create new post. This window look like image bellow. 

Now you have to know some simple tool or edit as HTML mode.
*What is URL ?
URL is an address of File , Example(www.domain.com or subdomain.domain.com ).You have to chose a URL look like yourblog.blogspot.com  .Blogger only allow latter , number , hyphen .Special character( !@#$%^&* ) are not Allowed .
You can also transfer your blog at custom Domain.
*How to delete your site?
Go to Dashboard =>Setting =>Other Then Click delete blog and press conform permanently .You are done bun not all most .Your uploaded picture will sowed on your Picasa Album .You can access album at picasaweb.google.com.
*Can I Earn with my Blog site?
Yes its possible for responsible blogger. Use Google AdSense Advertise  on your blog site and get payment by CPM.
